Loosely Coupled Inductive Power Transfer technology (LCIPT) is to transmit power from the primary to the secondary with contactless by using the theory of electromagnetic induction coupling. As more and more urgent demand for loosely coupled inductive power transfer, LCIPT technology has become a research hotspot currently. In this paper, power static compensation, loosely coupled transformer structure parameters optimization, made a on the dynamic constant power control were researched, including the following aspects.1 First of all, this paper introduces the origin of loosely coupled inductive power transmission technology and expounds the LCIPT technology and constant power control technology research status at home and abroad. It makes a detailed introduction of application fields of LCIPT.2 Based on the power static compensation capacitance, the SS compensation is the ideal of compensation topology in this paper. Using Saber software simulation, the paper analyzes the load capacity under different frequency, when the coupling coefficient k=0.8, the best working frequency is 40 KHZ; we can obtain that when there has a compensation capacitor the secondary voltage received obviously bigger than without compensations; the primary and secondary inductance effect on the output voltage; Finally, the simulation analysis capacitance under different inductance.3 Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the finite element model of loosely coupled transformer was built; the factors have carried on the finite element simulation analysis, such as:wire diameter size, the winding way, the air gap. At both ends, it is concluded that the winding more than the centre winding is good for energy transmission; vertical winding relative levels winding is more good to the energy transmission; when the receiving voltage constant vice, vertical distance changing range than horizontal distance scope is bigger.4 Two kinds of secondary coil load constant power output control strategy were put forward:the closed-loop feedback control and the primary feedback control, and the control principle are illustrated. Circuit of loosely coupled inductive power transfer system is designed, including sine circuits, the whole bridge rectifier circuit, voltage regulator circuit, power regulation circuit, and using XKT-510 chip as the core of constant power control circuit, etc.5 Finally, the constant power control prototype of LCIPT was designed and manufactured based on XKT-510 chip as the control core. In the case of other parameters constant, the constant power control prototype was experimented by changing the relative position of the primary, secondary coil. The correctness of the constant power control strategy is verified.
