How to build a set of ecological restoration, recreation, cultural heritage conservation, and other functions in one plain water network region of rural waterfront greenway has become an important origin of this study.This paper takes "Hangjiahu plain water network region rural greenway" as the carrier,research and analysis the planning and design of the waterfront rural greenway.Through field survey and the analysis of the resource characteristics and main problems of hangjiahu area, summed up the evaluation factors of Hangjiahu area rural greenways, and applied to three areas of hangzhou, jiaxing, huzhou representative type of the waterfront rural greenway qualitative and quantitative analysis, and on this basis, set up a plain water network area rural greenway optimization evaluation index system, in order to guide the plain network region rural greenway building.The main conclusions are as follows:(一)for the criterion of macro level, environmental planning in the plain plain water network region rural greenway planning and design occupy the dominant position, followed by the facilities planning, and finally layout structure.(二)In the medium of the system level, protection and utilization of, water corridor planning, planning the green gallery, place spirit this is several factors affect the plain water network region rural greenway planning and design is the most prominent factor, should get more attention.
