| Greenway is a continuous open space that integrates health,ecology and landscape.It has become an important planning means in the combination of ecology and landscape in urban and rural green space.At the same time,it is also one of the effective carriers to promote the development of land spatial planning and wholeregion tourism.Greenway planning leads the green development of regional space through the construction of leisure space,and provides a development way for solving environmental problems and social contradictions.But at present,the urban and rural greenway construction has some problems such as unbalanced development and immature technology.Especially in urban and county areas,the coordination mechanism of various resources is weak,which limits the sustainable development of regional greenway space.The framework of greenway network space organization in Ning'an city is established in the perspective of whole-region tourism,based on the policy and theoretical background of whole-region tourism development,starting from the demand of whole-region greenway resource organization and spatial structure optimization.Based on the network development of whole-region greenway space,this study organically integrates the three resources to promote the integration of whole-region resources and the harmonious integration of human and environmental landscape in Ning'an city.Under the technical route of "theoretical cognition—domain analysis—network generation—planning and implementation",the research on construction of Ningan greenway network has been carried out."Theoretical cognition" —the research basis is combed from the theoretical basis and service value of whole-region tourism,the theoretical basis and planning technology of greenway network,the relevance cognition of whole-region tourism and greenway network planning.First of all,the theoretical basis,core elements,service value classification and relevant reference standards of whole-region tourism are systematically explained in the analysis of whole-region tourism visual threshold.The basic research of greenway network includes concept discrimination,function and classification,composition and spatial form.The methods of greenway network structure analysis and planning are clarified.On this basis,the relationship between the two is analyzed from the necessity of developing greenway network in wholeregion tourism.Under the greenway network system,the value representation of resource wide tourism service is analyzed.The dynamic effect and internal relationship between whole-region tourism and urban and county greenway network are analyzed.Through the research and summary of relevant technical methods and measurement methods,this paper proposes the technical path of constructing a secure greenway network in Ning'an city.It provides theoretical and technical support for the identification,structure organization and planning of whole-region greenway network elements."Security analysis" —based on the analysis of the status quo of security space resources,ecological basic conditions and green development demands of Ning'an City,the optimization of the spatial structure and layout of the whole-region greenway network is guided.Based on the national policy interpretation and macro background,the current situation of security resources in Ning'an city is analyzed by means of on-site survey,questionnaire interview,image and data assistance,including the basic situation of the whole region,planning conditions,resource base outside the region,resource analysis within the region,etc.The characteristics of ecology,humanity,industry and recreation resources are deeply analyzed.All kinds of resources in greenway cyberspace organization are extracted from the representation of suitability for the development of whole-region tourism.The necessity of constructing greenway network from the perspective of whole-region tourism in Ning'an city is discussed.At present,the difficulties and contradictions in the construction of urban and county spatial development are pointed out."Network generation" —Taking the value of resource wide tourism service as the main body of value review,the elements of the network greenway in Ning'an city are identified and evaluated.It provides quantitative method and platform reference for spatial analysis and evaluation.Based on the perspective of whole-region tourism,the evaluation system of whole-region tourism service value is constructed with greenway function as the guidance.On this basis,the comprehensive landscape resistance value of all kinds of elements in the whole area is formed,and the element identification model of the whole area greenway network is constructed.Combined with the network traffic analysis,the element relationship and network structure are evaluated and analyzed.The measurement model of spatial and regional characteristics of Ning'an city has been formed,and the multi index and multi-level resource measurement has been put forward."Four core drive of internal and external dual drive","secondary stability of mutual promotion","edge linkage of characteristic diffusion" and other network structure connection modes are proposed.After that,the network traffic is redistributed according to the measurement results and structure.Based on the analysis of whole-region tourism suitability and land suitability,the simulation distribution and hierarchical formation of potential greenway are realized by using Arc GIS platform under the guidance of resource element connection of abstract network structure."Planning implementation" —based on the first three parts of the whole-region greenway network abstract structure and form generation,the planning and implementation part is the spatial landing,functional support and policy guarantee of the greenway network abstract structure.In the whole-region greenway network space planning,greenway space planning strategies at all levels are proposed,combining the development needs of the core circle layer of network structure,potential connection space and end resources.The whole tourism function support strategy system has been formed according to the integration of production,ecology and life functions.The implementation guarantee system mainly includes the compilation of land and space planning and technical support,the implementation of promotion strategies for tourism development in the whole region,and the improvement of public policies and control mechanisms.It guarantees the actual planning and construction of greenway network in the whole region.This research is supported by the national key R & D project "Research on County town low carbon planning and design based on the inheritance of regional features"(2018yfc0704705).The innovation of the research mainly reflects the quantitative greenway network theoretical model and planning system,which is based on the whole-region tourism vision.At the same time,the network space measurement and resource evaluation methods are proposed.Greenway cyberspace planning and implementation strategy system has been constructed.First of all,through the combination of whole-region tourism perspective and greenway cyberspace,the system is considered to have multi-functional complexity and multi value utilization potential.Taking the whole-tourism theory as the research background,it meets the needs of ecology,culture,economy and transportation of Ning'an city.It reveals that whole-tourism development direction fits the greenway network.Secondly,the greenway network resource identification model is constructed based on the point-axis spatial analysis and the minimum resistance method.The spatial structure and function reorganization of greenway network is realized from function flow reconstruction.The identification model and measurement method of whole-region greenway network are formed.Finally,Ning'an greenway network space planning implementation strategy is proposed from the perspective of whole-region tourism. |
