Research On The Retrofit Scheme Of An Integrated Frequency Conversion With Active Filter For Air Cooling Fan In Power Plant

Thermal power generation is the main power production form of China. With the development of science and technology, new methods and new technologies are used more and more in the thermal power generation. This paper makes GuJiao thermal power plant as the research object, and does an intensive study on the Retrofit Scheme of an integrated frequency conversion with active filter for air cooling fan in power plant. The main work of this paper are as follows.(1) The structure and working principle of frequency control system for asynchronous motor were analyzed, and the mechanical characteristics of asynchronous motor in variable frequency speed regulation system was given. The control principle of PWM technology based on flux tracking voltage vector was described, the control principle of SVPWM based on flux oriented used in asynchronous motor rotor speed control system was analysised.(2)The working principle of active power filter was introduced, the classification of active power filter and structure of various types were summarized. The instantaneous reactive power theory and the principle of harmonic current detection technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory were analysised.(3)The components of air cooling fan system and it’s basic parameters in projects One and Two of Gu Jiao power plant were introduced, the parameters and performance of the Frequency converter and APF chosed in the final project were introduced.(4) Analysis of the energy saving principle of frequency control was given, and the energy efficiency of cooling fan system frequency control transformation project in GuJiao power plant was estimated. Combined with the measured data, the performance of air cooling fan system with frequency control and active filter ingegration was analysised finally.
