For diesel engine, the main problem of fuel injection system have been as many as a dozen, other issues count, the temporary repair rate rose by more than 40%. As a result, improve the performance of locomotive diesel engine fuel injection system, to increase its service life effectively, have great help to the improvement of work efficiency. So a new longitudinal feed injector has the very high science and economy, to improve the comprehensive performance of locomotive diesel engine can be realized, which is a kind of conform to the values of improvement measures.This paper is to improve the oil inlet way of injector to improve the quality of locomotive diesel engine fuel injection and performance. First of all, using the most advanced theoretical calculation formula, based on the original 16V280 ZJ two-dimensional engineering drawings, improving the drawings with AutoCAD drawing software, calculating the injection pressure with FLUENT, making a new type of injector longitudinal feed way instead of the traditional way of transverse feed, for the changes of all the parts are carefully analyzed and calculated, including a series of main parameters: the mass flow, needle valve lift, oil injection pressure and so on. Under the condition of without changing the original advantages, try to reduce injection pressure loss, to improve the comprehensive performance of locomotive diesel engine, increase the useful lifespan of injectors.To make improvement of locomotive diesel engine performance and fuel economy improved with a new longitudinal feed injector, this paper uses the software developed by Gamma Technologies company, is now the world’s most used by the engine and car manufacturers, the engine industry standard simulation tool GT-Fuel, modeling and simulation based on the whole 16V280 ZJ type locomotive diesel engine, the results indicate that the modified scheme reached a good forecast effect, providing the technical support for the design of future analysis, saving costs further development, providing the related loading basis. |
