Abstract/Summary:
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge section of steel box girder hoisting CB04 module is one of the key and difficulty in the whole process of bridge construction,the hoisting process on the surface of the sea,the job is difficult and complicated construction conditions.Steel box girder is span of 16.35~143.355 meters,33.1 meters wide,the maximum weight of 3315.3t. In order to ensure the deformation of steel box girder bridge is conformed to crane design specification during lifting,reducing weight lifting and sling,and using the truss structure,the lower hanging by a rope with the force transmission pulley lifting slings and crane, the point force uniform,to guarantee the sling design has enough strength,stiffness and stability the whole process of construction,safe and reliable.According to the actual construction conditions,with the application of 3D Pro/E software for 3D simulation of crane structure design and the application of HyperMesh,Ansys software, finite element analysis of the lifting structure,structural statics analysis calculation of contact,the stabilization of the whole structure analysis and some key parts.Further structural optimization according to the results of the analysis,to determine the final plan,and according to the construction condition of the lifting process.The conclusion of this paper are as follows:(1) The overall size of the truss structure is a long 105505 mm,width 28600 mm,high 6705 mm, the main truss structures with square tube structure and welding of steel structure of H type.(2) According to the finite element analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress of hoisting system of 478.342 MPa,less than the material allowable stress,meet the strength requirements.Hoistingfirst-order buckling coefficient is 2.3843,meet the lifting requirements engineering instability.(3) The modular design of hoisting sling meet the "code for design of steel structures"(GB50017-2003) and the "crane design standard"(GB/T 3811-2008)under the requirements of the relevant standards.
