Leading Foamed Lightweight Soil technology into high-speed railway,which can significantly reduce weight, reduce additional stress to control after the foundation subgrade settlement. However, due to the high-speed railway embankment is different from roadbed structure, airport runways.Because the loading environment of high-speed railway embankment is special, we can not lead the technology in roadbed and airport runways directly into the high-speed railway roadbed project. Therefore, we must study the high-speed railway roadbed structure and the load conditions.And we must analysis the static and dynamic characteristics of high-speed rail.Further,studying Foamed Lightweight Soil roadbed evolution of long-term performance is an important work.What’s more, analysising the Foamed Lightweight Soil material in a simulated Hangzhou train dynamic case as a base material systematically is the paper’s main work, the main contents are as follows:(1) Under different loading test to get the data of acceleration, dynamic stress, dynamic displacement of Foamed Lightweight Soil railway bed overall structure of different loading conditions, analysis Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade reaction force law and study in-situ Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade under dynamic loading long-term effects, the overall structure of reaction rules;(2)Under simulated train cyclic loading test to get the data of acceleration, dynamic stress, dynamic displacement of Foamed Lightweight Soil railway bed overall structure of different loading conditions, analysis Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade reaction force law and study in-situ Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade under dynamic loading long-term effects, the overall structure of reaction rules.Using the following main methods:(1) information research and analysisThrough data research to understand the research of Foamed Lightweight Soil, summarized and the latest research findings and the standards of Foamed Lightweight Soil,providing guidance to this paper.(2) dynamic analog experimentUsing Foamed Lightweight Soil to pour bottom layer of subgrade bed.And established model to lay the ground-breaking box pressure, displacement meters, accelerometers, strain gauges.And to get the data of dynamic stress, dynamic displacement of overall acceleration structure at different locations, dynamic stress, dynamic displacement, analyze Foamed Lightweight Soil railway bed overall response characteristics under dynamic loading; under simulated train cyclic loading test to get the data of acceleration, dynamic stress, dynamic displacement of Foamed Lightweight Soil railway bed overall structure of different loading conditions, analysis Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade reaction force law and study in-situ Foamed Lightweight Soil subgrade under dynamic loading long-term effects, the overall structure of reaction rules.In the laboratory test results and analysis of simulation applications,Foamed Lightweight Soil is suitable for use as the material of the base railway bed.The overall structure of the foamed lightweight soil railway bed has the good long-term dynamic stability.Foamed Lightweight Soil has good application as the railway bed. |
