Foamed mixture lightweight soil is an environmentally friendly,non-flammable and low-cost green building material.The foam is mainly foamed by physical or chemical means,and the foam is introduced into the concrete slurry,and after curing,a large number of closed pores are retained in the hardened matrix.Compared with the traditional materials used in the past,it has outstanding characteristics such as low density,heat preservation and energy saving.Under the current environment of reducing the demand for structural self-weight,the technical development of foamed mixture lightweight soil has important practical significance.In this paper,the foamed mixture lightweight soil is taken as the research object.The comprehensive test method is used to analyze and discuss the test dat a.The mechanical properties of three common variables of water-cement ratio,foam content and fiber content on foamed mixture lightweight soil are explored.Influence the law.The experimental data determined that the optimum water-cement ratio of 0.55 can maximize the compressive strength and elastic modulus of Foamed mixture lightweight soil,less than the optimal water-cement ratio,and the water-cement ratio is positively correlated with compressive strength and elastic modulus.On the contrary,there is a negative correlation;the increase of foam content is not conducive to the increase of compressive strength and elastic modulus of foamed mixture lightweight soil,and the negative correlation between the two;while the fiber content is resistant to the foamed mixture lightweight soil.The intensity has almost no effect.After comparison with the dry density,compressive strength and construction cost of the lime soil used in the same project,it is concluded that the dry density of the foamed mixture lightweight soil is only about one-half of that of the lime soil,and the compressive strength of each age is Both are about 130% higher than lime soil,and it has great market potential and development space as a new material.However,the overall construction cost of foamed mixture lightweight soil at this stage is more than 1.5 times higher than that of traditional lime soil backfilling.Finally,the correlation between pore structure and frost resistance of foamed mixture lightweight soil was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).With the increase of porosity and pore size,the loss of mass and strength after freeze-thaw cycles is greater,and the frost resistance of foamed mixture lightweight soil is worse.Foamed mixture lightweight soil as a new type of material,the application and promotion at this stage is far from exhausting all its potentials.There are many technical barriers worth exploring,and it is believed that with the development of science and technology in human society,its future It will surely emerge in the field of lightweight,artistic and intelligent.
