This paper introduces the definition, characteristics and theoretical framework of distribution network project life cycle cost management, through the collection of Jiaojiang District of Taizhou city in recent three years with the typical distribution network engineering construction projects, engineering, electrical engineering overhead line cable project, analysis of the existing problems, summarize the cost characteristics, combined with the international general life cycle cost management theory and method, size up the situation, to explore how to better the distribution of project cost management. At the same time, through a large collection of data, investigation, comparative analysis in place of the standard and the Department of energy under the mode of valuation standard two sets of power distribution project cost level, reasonable allocation to find people, material, whole life cycle cost management in engineering.
