Due to the environmental pollution, greenhouse affection and fossil energy exhaustion, the distributed electricity generation via clean and renewable energy has been widespread used. Compare to the large-scale photovoltaic generation project, distributed access has small scale and is more suitable for the inner land area to realize grid-connection and consumption. When the grid is connected by the distributed sources, the power flow is flowing between bus and loads in bi-direction, with the variation of distributed sources’ capacity and location, there is a great affect on the planning and operation of the original grid.This paper is focused on the specific case of the grid in Jinzhai county area, the wind power and photovoltaic generation are planed based on the analysis of their development status; and the substation capacity balance and line delivery ability on 220kv and 110kV grid are evaluated by standing on the Jinzhai grid current situation, a planning project to accommodate wind power and photovoltaic power is proposed via the relationship on the substation capacity balance. According the new energy development planning of Jinzhai country, for the best connection with these powers, a new 220kV confluence booster station is put forward and all existing stations will be planned fully. The Electric power system and control system of the new station are planned together. Also the investment of grid is counted.With the increased pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction, new energy has revived more and more policy supports from the nation, especially the wind and photovoltaic power develop rapidly in the eastern China, the research work in this paper can provide the inspiration for the gird planning which contains distributed sources, and also can help improve the safety and reliability of the grid in these area, by the end, promote the development and utilization of the new energy.
