The article which focuses on control of the entire electro-mechanical automatic transmission clutch actuator research Launchs the following aspects:(1) based on the actual situation and specific requirements, to propose the actuator design ideas. Instead of the original electric hydraulic, electro-pneumatic control with all-electric drive actuator,Selecting DC power source as the executing agency,to determine the main parameters of programs and agencies of the clutch actuator.(2) According to the diaphragm spring clutch characteristic lines and control research,putting forward clutch actuator control evaluation standards,establishing models of the engine,car resistance,clutch,clutch actuator,vehicle transmission,through PID control,using MATLAB/simulink module simulates car clutch during operation under different conditions.(3) building a test platform, analysis of experimental data and verification clutch clutch control strategy. AMT vehicle to feature a full electronically controlled clutch actuator,start the vehicle operating conditions under smooth pavement,accelerated conditions,deceleration road test operating mode. Test results show that,equipped with a full electronically controlled clutch actuator AMT vehicle has started smooth.smooth gearshift process,the impact of small,good ride comfort,etc.
