Compared with Hydraulic Automatic Transmission and Continuously Variable Transmission, Automatic Mechanical Transmission has advantages of higher efficiency, easier installation and lower cost in manufacturing, so there is a vast potential market for AMT in this field. From 80's, go with consummate of electronic product, electric-powered drag in the control system of transmission become possible, which is usual claimed Electronic-controlled and Electronic-powered Automated Mechanical Transmission(E-E AMT) . This paper will present the development of E-E AMT clutch system in the following important aspects. 1,First introduced the classify of Automatic transmission and the development course and the classify of AMT. Then is introduced the development of the automatic clutch system. The paper is focus on the Electronic-powered automatic clutch system and it proposes the significance of the research. 2,According the principle of choice of motor, we select the MK-20 as the motor of actuator and introduced the most specification constant. Then we contrive the idea of actuator of Electric-powered clutch. In order to predigest the structure of actuator and decrease the capacity of motor, we are using MATALB to optimize the actuator parameter to get the better dynamic respond characteristic of system. According to this parameter, we design the actuator of electric-powered clutch and draw the structure drawing.Then the SAC of LUK is used to replace the diaphragm...
