In our country building energy consumption accounts for the commercial 22 ~ 24% of energy consumption, and in the building energy consumption of air conditioning energy consumption account for 50 ~ 60%, Energy consumption of fresh air accounts for 25 ~ 30%, public building is even higher. This paper tests the Guangzhou several public building indoor CO2 concentration, temperature, humidity and so on indoor parameters, then carries on the analysis,second of different types of building simulation model is established by the software, and air conditioning cooling load of the building, the fresh air cooling load and part of simulation analysis, it is concluded that the air conditioning cooling load in Guangzhou, fresh air cooling load and fresh air cooling load of the latent heat and sensible heat cooling load features and their proportion, to determine building new wind energy conservation potential, according to the actual CO2 concentration test puts forward a new kind of CO2 concentration control fresh air to reduce the energy consumption of fresh air, the results of reference test analysis and computer simulation, and combining the theory of the scheme is calculated according to the higher energy saving and practical significance.Through testing the main different types of public building basic maintain indoor temperature and humidity within the scope of the design, and indoor CO2 concentration is different, mainly affected by the indoor and ventilated condition, In a normal business day, the mall when the CO2 density gradually increasing trend, and in different areas of the same floor is different also, generally in the morning time is also lower than the health standard specified value, reached the maximum in the afternoon and evening, office buildings in a single day fluctuation is not big, a slightly higher number populated area, as there are fresh air output and malls uneven situation, old building indoor on the high side, the new low, a large energy saving potential in it; Hotel building interior parameters of basic stable, indoor CO2 concentration, within the range 400 ~ 600 ppm value is much lower than the specification requirements, and specifications, the higher the building density is low, also the new air volume interference problems existed; Also, the library interior is low, the new air volume interference, and the building energy saving potential is smaller. Through simulation analysis, office building fresh air cooling load of air conditioning cooling load of the total up to 40 ~ 50%, fresh air cooling load of the latent heat can account for all new wind heat to about 80% of the total cooling load; In building the new air cooling load up to 30 ~ 45%, the fresh air cooling load of the latent heat accounting for about 70 ~ 85% full heat cooling load; Hotel buildings that fresh air cooling load of air conditioning cooling load of the total can be as high as 33%, about 80% fresh air of latent heat; And the building construction fresh air cooling load of air conditioning cooling load of the total above 30%, proportion of fresh air cooling load of the latent heat of more than 70%. According to the test and simulation analysis, According to different functional architecture proposed based on different types of new air CO2 concentration control scheme, and analyses the energy-saving potential of the building control scheme, the control scheme in a department store, the new wind energy maximum reduction of nearly 60%, and office buildings control scheme makes new wind energy consumption by 30 ~ 50%, fresh air control scheme of the hotel building, there are also a big energy saving potential of the library building of class to use and store the same control scheme, fresh air and energy saving between 30 ~ 60%, school and hospital by CO2 concentration control using fresh air volume is limited.
