Smart substation bases on the IEC61850 systemand implements interworking and interconnection of IEDs through networking and digitization. Smart substation substitutes the secondary cable circuit with virtual secondary circuit on the basis of SCD file, with SV and GOOSE message transmission substituting analog and contact signal. Therefore, it exists obvious difference between smart substation and tranditional substation in the field of secondary running and maintenance.In this thesis, some key technologies in the field of smart substation secondary running and maintenance are deeply studied which related to relay test, integrated combined commisioning, fault analysis, visualization of virtual secondary circuit, training, etc. A modeling scheme for simulation and training system is proposed.Around the relay system simulation test, fault analysis, substation running, design of virtual secondary circuit, a set of simulation and trainning platform is designed, which oritented to substation secondary system multi-specialty. The platform can implement the complete relay simulation visuaization test, and implement relay action behaviour playback by developing process layer simulation device, which provides a new technogical method for fault analysis. As a result, the system implements the integration which meets the smart substation secondary system multi-specilty’s need of simulation training for design, running, maintenance, etc.By the requirement analysis and modeling study, the thesis mainly solves several key technical problems in the process of system development, which as follows:(1) The visualization display and simulation training of smart substation secondary virtual circuit are implemented by the technology of layered graphical virtual circuit design, virtual terminal connection and comparison on the basis of SCD output data set of IEDs.(2) The fault playback is implemented based on the recording data and the synchronous output of GOOSE and SV message for smart substation.(3) The multi-specialty smart substation technological training of driving cabin mode is implemented based on the man-computer interaction graphical platform of multi-themes.
