The largeintegrationof wind power has great impact on thesafe and economic operation of grid. With the status analyzed, the management mechanism ofwind power integrationis proposed to solve the current disorder problem in Inner Mongolia, and to reduce the adverse effects of wind power to the grid operator, so as topromoting significant development of China’s wind power.The comprehensive evaluation theories of domestic and international wind power projects are summarized, and the wind power development status in Inner Mongoliais researched,founding the base of studies of comprehensive evaluation and management mechanisms of wind powerintegrationin Inner Mongolia. Firstly, the factors ofwind power management are analyzed from thethree areas of management efficiency,economic and social benefits, to build theindicators system of wind power management. Secondly, the 28 sub-indicators of the wind power management indicators system are analyzed based on the Principal Component Analysis, to build the main component management evaluation system by reducing the dimension form of the old indicators system; Finally, the comprehensive evaluation model of wind power management is built based on the theories of Entropy-matter and Element Extension algorithm, and the empirical case is analyzed to obtain the evaluationresults.The management mechanism of wind power orderly integrationin Inner Mongolia is proposed based on the comprehensive evaluation results. Firstly, as to the network operation management mechanism, the operation management measures to the three phases of wind power projects are proposed according to "the whole process" management strategy.Secondly, as to the organization management mechanism, the organizational and operationalmanagement framework is raised, and the detailed methods of scheduling management are proposed. Thirdly, in terms of the coordination management mechanism, an integrated planning and coordination management mechanisms is established, and the coordination management mechanismof wind power planning with network, peaking power and power consumptiveis analyzed. Fourthly,as to the protection mechanism, the specific proposals are put forward from the aspects of information support systems, technical norms, and qualified personnel.The establishment of index system ofwind power integrationmanagement and applications of comprehensive evaluation modelin Inner Mongoliaprovides a scientific methodto the comprehensive impact assessment ofwind power integration, and also provides reference for the evaluation of similar projects.
