With the development of the socialist market economy continually, the level of industrial production, the demand for power is increasingly expanding. Lots of coal-fire power plants have been appeared like a mushroom all over the country,and have been put into production.sequentially.In front of the huge development opportunity,the coal-fire plants is faced with the serious challenges:how to improve the ability of unit operation,maximize the efficiency of production,and guarantee the economic benefit,etc. As the important of power plant,the stable operation of the steam turbine,and power grid affects the economic and security benefits for power plants.Along with society growing demand for electricity,the stable operation of power grid is been taken more and more attention,and a frequency of the optimization can effectively stabilize the grid running state. The article mainly find out the reason of the correct operation with low unit rate for primary frequency power plant,and proposed the rectification optimization scheme,through the DouHe power plant transformation of each unit primary frequency and the analysis of the parameter settings.
