With the rapid development of hydro power construction, increases the capacity and size of hydro turbine generating sets (HTGS), weaks relative stiffness,and increases vibration of HTGS.HTGS vibration and its induced hydro power house vibration problems have become increasingly prominent, which is a hot and difficult of the current study.HTGS and hydro power house couple have three vibration sources which are electromagnetic, hydraulic and machinery.HTGS couple with hydro power house vibration characteristics studies which is insufficient.The greatest effect of electromagnetic factors is unbalanced magnetic pull(UMP) in these HTGS vibration sources, his article constructs whole HTGS system which include transient model of the HTGS shafting, in order to simulate the actual operation of HTGS. And research frequency changes and amplitude changes of UMP on the generator rotor and turbine rotor vibration. By extracting the shafting oscillation information of HTGS in improved Prony algorithm and Spectrum Analysis,Analysis coupling mechanism between electromagnetic factors and electromagnetic-mechanical coupling factor characteristic changes and shaft vibration characteristics.Exploring the characteristics associated with HTGS operation control and hydro power house vibration.It found that HTGS shaft and its house exist resonance phenomena in certain frequency bands by collecting and analysis the study results of HTGS vibration, especially in the low frequency region, HTGS Shaft very close to multiple frequencies of house low-level vibration frequency, and it very may resonate. Research provides a theoretical reference of anti-vibration design for HTGS house plants and HTGS.(1) Constructing whole HTGS system of the HTGS shafting, in order to simulate the actual operation of HTGS. This model includes five parts, the third order nonlinear hydro turbine model with the elastic water hammer which is derived from the single pipe and single machine hydraulic system model and the IEEE Working Group series model, the third-order generator model in single machine infinite system, the typical PID governor control system model and the PI excitation controller model,the shafting vibration transient model of the HTGS.(2) The improved Prony algorithm and Spectrum Analysisis are introduced, which are applied to extract the oscillation characteristics and properties of the THGS shaft in this paper,obtaining basic data of coupling vibration characteristics of HTGS shaft vibration and powerhouse.(3) Analysis of electromagnetic factors impact on hydroelectric unit shaft vibration, To study the effects of UMP on the shaft vibration characteristics of HTGS by frequency changes and amplitude changes of UMP and shaft characteristic coefficient. The improved Prony algorithm and Spectrum Analysisis are applied to extract the oscillation characteristics a of the THGS shaft,and then researching coupling mechanism between characteristics changes of UMP and shaft vibration characteristics,which provide the basis for improving the shaft vibration.(4) Analysis the effects of electromagnetic-mechanical coupling factor on HTGS house shaft vibration,To study the effects of UMP on the shaft vibration characteristics of HTGS by frequency changes and amplitude changes of UMP,quality eccentric of the rotor and mass eccentric of the runner. The improved Prony algorithm and Spectrum Analysisis are applied to extract the oscillation characteristics of the THGS shaft,and then researching coupling mechanism between characteristics changes of UMP and shaft vibration characteristics,which provide the basis for improving the shaft vibration.(5) Collecting powerhouse vibration research results to analysis of the main vibration characteristics of powerhouse.Comparative characteristics of the vibration characteristics of and hydro house and HTGS shaft,researching the characteristics associated with HTGS vibration and hydro power house vibration,exploring effects of HTGS shaft vibration characteristics and operational control on hydro power house vibration.
