In recent years, with energy crisis and environmental degradation increasingly grim, wind power has been gained world’s attention and developed rapidly. Due to the wind power characteristics, when grid operates with wind power, it will bring new problems on security and other aspects of grid. Especially when the wind power connected network in the way of different voltage levels and multi-point access, the whole grid voltage level will have a serious impact. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation of wind power access solutions is theoretical research. And then, system evaluation software is designed and realized. The software provides analytical tools and decision making aid for planning staff, and has practical significance.Frist, through the research of influence on the grid after wind power multi-point access to grid in a western mountain Grid, as well as related content of evaluation grid, this paper establishes wind power access solutions Comprehensive Assessment System. The system includes the reliability, risk, security, and voltage fluctuations four categories of indicators and establishes detailed bottom index below each category indicators. And put forwards definition and formula indicators. And then, based on the existing study of grid evaluation methods, this paper proposes an improved method of Monte Carlo simulation based on comprehensive index of AHP method for calculating, and gives calculate steps and processes. Aim at the content of this research, component and wind farm and load shedding models are established, which are practical processed combined with engineering.In the clear of the system software design goals, ideas and functional requirements, and combined with the above theory, this paper gives design framework and implementation details of the design process for each module. In Visual Studio 2010 platform, "wind access solutions Comprehensive Evaluation System" is completed with C# language. Finally, this paper analyses a provincial power grid wind power application access solutions by the developed software, verifies the practicality and effectiveness of the research results. |
