Grid structure is the most widely used form of spatial structure. In recent years, the application of aluminum grid structure by engineering concerns, compared to steel, aluminum has light weight, corrosion resistance, aluminum grid structure also has a good appearance, low maintenance costs. But has lower elastic modulus aluminum and weaker structural rigidity, so that the scope of application subject to certain restrictions.In order to take advantage of aluminum grid structure, expanding its scope of application, this paper proposes cable-Prestressed Composite aluminum grid structure, systematic analysis of the cable-prestressed structural properties of aluminum alloy grid structure, the study cable arrangement, design parameters and seismic performance for cable-to provide a scientific basis for the design of prestressed aluminum grid structure engineering applications.The main contents:1,it counts the force characteristics and load capacity of aluminum and steel truss under static load;after that,it analyzes changes in mechanical properties of different materials arising due.2, whether with cable structure of the aluminum Pyramid grid under static load, the performance difference between the two structures, and explore the impact on the grid after having the cable structure3, cable-Aluminum prestressed composite truss under static load, the different values of the pretensioned, pole height, the height of the grid mesh size and grid impact of internal forces, and Analysis of results in the form of the most favorable grid structure Tendon Disposition Loaded.4, the cable-prestressed composite grid of aluminum vibration characteristics, analyze the impact of different changes in the value of the prestressing cables, pole height, the height of the grid mesh size and vibration performance of the grid.5, the cable-prestressed composite aluminum grid under dynamic loading rod internal forces of change, while comparing different values Prestressed degrees, pole height, the height of the grid mesh size and internal forces brought grid to influence, to arrive at the most advantageous form of grid Tendon Disposition seismic.
