Magnetic coupling wireless power transmission technology(MCRWPTT), is a technology of transferring power or energy without having to contact the conduct,when the working frequency of the transmission system is same as the resonant frequency of coils. The transmission system which has the advantages of safety,reliability and flexibility, etc, can overcome the shock, sparks and other defects that exists in the traditional cable transmission. When in the coal mining, subaqueous,intelligent buildings and some other places with special requirements, the energy can be transferred to system. What’s more, when used in the implantable medical, it is of huge advantages, with significant research value and good prospects for development.This paper centers on magnetic coupling wireless power transmission technology,focusing on research of aspects relative to energy transfer efficiency, building the coupling transformer model of multiple coils, putting forward the computational formulas of mutual inductance and designing impedance matching network.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:1, From three aspects of the energy transmission system, namely the coupled-mode theory and equivalent circuit model, this thesis expounds the basic of mechanism of magnetic coupling wireless energy transmission technology. It also briefly describes the related electromagnetism theory of the working system and Printed planar spiral Coil(PSC) calculation.2, Based on the cantilever beam model of two coils, this paper establishes the theoretical model of coupling transformer coils, analyses the influence of the coupling coefficient k12 in system on transmission efficiency of four coil system transmission efficiency in embedded applications and at late compares with traditional two coils system.3、This thesis centers on mutual inductance calculation between coils. Based on mutual inductance analysis of two filaments in the arbitrary position, this paper deduces mutual inductance calculating formula between coils used in any position.When using the Biot-Savart law, PSC coils mutual calculation formula is deduced,with considering the impact of wire width and thickness. The accuracy of the formulas is validated via comparing the experiment result with finite element simulation. Existing formulas are also compared with derivative algorithms.4, Based on two-port network, optimal efficiency and optimal load calculation formula is derived and on this basis, the impedance matching network is putted forward. This paper compares the system transmission efficiency with no impedance matching network system by the experiment test.
