The Research On Operating Characteristic Of Multi-phase Rectifier Transformer System And Electric Energy Measuring

With the development of power electronics technology and control technology, they used widely in traditional multi-phase rectifier system.Due to power electronic devices are nonlinear during equipments work, these equipments produce a lot of power harmonic to the grid system cause harmonic pollution.The equipments not only harm stability of the grid, but also harm other users.Today we pay more attention to energy conservation,so improving the saving-energy technology of obsolete energy-consuming production equipments is necessary.First,we can reduce energy consumption of the obsolete energy-consuming production facilities to to enhance their market competitiveness.Second, we can reduce the harmonic and achieve the goal of‘Green Grid’.Otherwise, power energy measurement is not accurate, we can not supervise effectively emissions of the harmonic. According to the current problems, the paper studys following aspects were:First, the paper introduces the structure and the basic operating principle of a multi-phase rectifier transformer system, such as the system of load tap, Through studys the rectifier system’s characteristic of the harmonic. The paper simulates the model of traditional 12-pulse rectifier systems and respectively analyze the harmonic of rectifier system’s valve side and network side.Then, in the paper the wiring scheme.of amulti-phase rectifier transformer within inductive filtering technology is introduced. And how to adjust the filter winding resistance to make the filter winding and valve winding into electromagnetic balance within the electromagnetic theory. Also, the equivalent circuit of transformer which was based on the technology was deduce. The paper simulates the model of 12-pulse rectifier systems within inductive filtering technology, and according to compare the common 12-pulse rectifier systems with the new system. It illustrates the new system can reduce the harmonicsFinally, the principles of existing two type electric meter are analyzed. On the basis of those characteristics, the influences of existed two measurement methods were discussed, and the measurement methods of fundamental standard were pointed out that be more reasonable. It can filtered out of the higher harmonic. The experiments show that new meter has better ability of energy measurement than old meter.
