Brushless synchronous motor By eliminating the brushes and slip rings, no commutation spark widely used in industrial production. Meanwhile, one of the common excitation mode AC brushless excitation system is a large capacity unit.Therefore, synchronous motor excitation control system design is good or bad will directly affect the performance motors and power systems.This paper introduces the development and current status of brushless excitation system and control method, in a comprehensive study of the current home and abroad on the excitation system in order to overcome its shortcomings, we propose a new AC induction brushless excitation frequency control system. Second, the emphasis is deduced mathematical model of AC exciter, making mathematical model greatly simplifies the exciter, rotor windings are connected to facilitate the analysis of various nonlinear dynamic and static loads for the subsequent AC induction brushless excitation systems analysis and control laid a theoretical foundation. Then study the AC brushless excitation system transfer function commutation problems and analyze the relationship between the DC voltage rectifier obtained when the average value of each state rectifier current Id between Ud. Again, this article focuses on the study of AC induction brushless excitation frequency control, from the analysis of the principle, related basic research. The proposed system is then applied to the excitation synchronous motors and synchronous generators, frequency control system hardware and software design gives a detailed description, and systems designed experiments showed that: the system is simple in structure, easy to achieve with good control performance.In summary, the AC frequency induction brushless excitation system has a number of advantages, it can supplement the existing brushless excitation system,should have good prospects. Therefore, AC induction brushless excitation frequency is a worthy focus on research directions.
