Abstract/Summary:
Now a lot of wireless vibration sensor products are widely used in various fields of detection.In order to overcome the wireless vibration sensors" energy supply shortage problems which are caused by the traditional chemical batteries, piezoelectric power supply has become the current research focus about micro power consumption electronic equipment.Based on a summary of domestic and international researches about the piezoelectric ceramic vibration energy harvesting, this paper focus on four keys research on basic characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic.design of device structure, design of electrical energy collection circuit and the use of this vibration energy recovery device on the MSP430F149 as power supply.Using a stable 50Hz or 100Hz vibration source, first we get he output power of the whole structure from experiments, it demonstrates the possibility to supply energy to the MSP430F149 chip,and then I build the whole experimental platform. The final results of experiments verified that vibration energy harvested by piezoelectric ceramic cantilever beam can be used as a power supply to some micro power consumption electronic components.The first chapter mainly introduces the general situation of energy recovery and its significance,then it describes the piezoelectric ceramic applied in the low power consumption electronic product. Finally it puts forward the innovation points of the paper and the main research content.The second chapter expounds the basic principle, basic characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic. Then it introduces the four important parts of ceramic piezoelectric cantilever beam for the vibration energy recovery and its current research status.The third chapter shows the ANSYS simulation on the structure of the ceramic piezoelectric cantilever beam based on the basic principle. According to the simulation results,a solution adapted the structure vibration source frequency is presented.The forth chapter shows the piezoelectric cantilever beam I made,and then shows the whole experiment platform based on the vibration source. And then I demonstrates the feasibility of using the structure scheme in the MSP430F149 power supply, and then make out the piezoelectric cantilever beam collecting device, then design and build the energy recovery circuit.Circuit optimization is carried out according to the experimental data.The fifth chapter uses the experimental apparatus, combined with the low power consumption MSP430F149 chip, and then I prepare a low power program, design and practice a experiment,which validate the use of piezoelectric ceramic cantilever beam for harvesting vibration energy can provide energy to low power consumption electronic components.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole thesis work, and make a description and analysis on the problems appeared in this paper, and make a research extension and Prospect.
