Seamless line realizes the railway track seamless, which improves the structural strength of the track, the railway traffic conditions, and the line conditions, as well as reduces consumption of labor and maintenance material. After a long process of experimental research, it finally got the attention of the countries rely on the undisputed superiority, and obtained the widespread application, which became an important symbol of railway development and progress, the same as the best choice for high speed railway and overloaded railway track structure.Ji’nan Railway Bureau started Jiaoji railway electrification innovation in 2004, and carried out the turnout seamless in succession, while Jiaoji special passenger dedicated railway started construction since 2007, and laid the seamless turnout at a time, until the end of 2014, two line total had been laid 593 groups of seamless turnout, Accounting to 75.3% of the mainline turnout, in the process of maintenance and operation, seamless turnout shows a lot of diseases, but also accumulates some maintenance experience. The main content of this paper include:1.Collects Jiaoji railway and Jiaoji special passenger dedicated railway the typical seamless turnout diseases in recent years, and analyses the reason of site, technology, management, etc. Through the stability check of seamless turnout, it will analyze the crawling situation of switch rail and frog, while through the calculation of allowing temperature rise and drop, it will check whether the locked rail temperature of seamless turnout is appropriate in Jiaoji railway and Jiaoji special passenger dedicated railway, and whether it is in safety guaranteed.2. Introducing the construction organization of inserting No.42 ballast turnout at Jimo station, and summarizes the experiences of the construction process, interventional monitoring and coordination key in the process of laying turnout, to improve the basis for later maintenance.3.Summarizing the seamless turnout which adopted mesasures in stress-releasing, the maintenance work of tamper, polishing, insulation glue joint management, analyzing the turnout diseases by track inspection car drawings, using of seamless turnout track temperature real-time detection system, daily maintenance and so on.
