It Focuses on PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology, and the forming machine station control system is based on the Siemens PLC as master station; using ET200 M as slave station. Based on the design scheme of steel automatic stacking machine, it analyzes its working process and it determines the design of the mechanical structure that consists of four parts: steel pipe aligning device, electromagnetic crane transport layer tube device, pipe automatic stacking mechanism of forming mechanism, forming roller transmission mechanism. It puts forward general design scheme, including hydraulic drive system, signal acquisition and detection system, electrical control part of the module, sensor and PLC input and output interface, electrical power distribution system and electrical motor inverter design; it gives the composition and layout of electrical equipment.PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology connects multiple devices together, and it saves a lot of cables and wiring time; it adopts control of electromagnetic lifter without contact and steel tube degaussing technology, which improves efficiency of electromagnetic lifter in the aspect of charging and discharging and guarantees safety of the operation; by using the incremental PID control algorithm, the movement of electromagnetic lifter tends to be slow state, hydraulic drive system reaches required precision; it simulates electromechanical coupling dynamic characteristics of ball screw feeding system on the linear guide rail, and obtains the dynamic performance of servo control system, namely, the displacement response curve and the frequency response curve.It mainly talks about the design and implementation of control system PC software of automatic palletizing pipe forming machine, function of system software is divided; it puts forward the overall design of the system software of PLC and gives the flow design of PLC control software module; it designs monitoring software of system.Entrusted by the target firm, it has designed a revolutionary new steel pipe stacking machine.
