This paper focuses on the decommissioning analysis for the latest CN HCCB TBM after being tested on ITER. TBM testing has significant meaning for the Tritium gener-ation and self-sufficiency of Tritium, which is one of the three main engineering objec-tives of ITER. And Tritium breeding blanket is one of the key technologies for fusion demostrator in the future. ITER is the first platform for fusion breeding blanket tests. Based on the technology storage and foundation of fusion NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) in our country, China has launched the HCCB TBM test plan which aims to verify the technology of fusion energy and Tritium extraction.Many nuclear facilities have been decommissioned in the past decades, leading to a lot of experience and lessons. According to these experience and lessons, the source term investigation for HCCB TBM has been done. Attentation has been paid to the acti-vation, afterheat and contact dose rate of the irradiated HCCB TBM and the measuring and calculating methods of these data have been introduced. And the and decontami-nating and cutting suggestion has been provied for HCCB TBM considering the present decommissioning experience of decontamination and disassembly. Only1/4of HCCB TBM will be transported back to China in the initial decommissioning plan and the rest will be stored in France temporarily, which will be transported back to China or be disposed by relate reprocessing plant for radwaste in France after the radioactivity has been dropped to an appropriate level. The main transport plan has been given and the conceptual package design has be performed. MCNP has been applied to calculated the dose rates on the package surfaces and3meters away from the package surfaces, which satisfy the IAEA regulations for the transport of radioactive materials. Also the dose rates of specific points and areas have been simulated. In the meanwhile, the dose rates changes versus different storing time before transport have been computed, which will be helpful to select the storing time. The items for PIE of HCCB TBM have been investgated and some institutes have been recommended. The radwaste after PIE has been analysed and classified.The analysis in this paper will have a significant value to the detailed plan and performance of HCCB TBM decommissioning.
