Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of social economy and the increasing of population and vehicles, lead to the urban traffic congestion. Development of urban public transport, especially the development of urban bus is an effective way to solve urban traffic congestion. Many scholars both domestic and overseas study the optimization problem of urban bus dispatching, but because of information collection device backward, the passenger flow data used by bus dispatching is mostly obtained by artificial investigation method, and it has serious lag quality, already cannot satisfy the needs of contemporary intelligent bus development.In the thesis, based on the automatic passenger counting (APC) device of Anhui fuhuang hollysys co., LTD, use the global satellite positioning system (GPS) and communication device, realizing the collection of real-time passenger flow data.How to make use of the real-time passenger flow data in the bus dispatching optimization is studied in the thesis. First of all, the passenger flow data is gathered through the APC device, and is matched to the corresponding station; Second, the passenger flow data is analyzed in statistical method, and the uneven space-time distribution characteristic and the periodic regularity of the passenger flow data is concluded; Again, the actual bus dispatching problem is analyzed, the objective functions are minimize the passenger loss and maximize the bus enterprise income, the constraint conditions are the bus load factors and the departure interval, the mathematical model of the departure time as control variable is established; Finally, the model is solved by the improved GA-SA, coding, selection and annealing is improved in the algorithm, performance of algorithm is improved and more actual non-uniform departure schedule is got in the thesis.The departure time-table by real-time passenger flow data can satisfy the interests of passengers and bus enterprises at the same time, and it is more agree with the demand of passengers.
