| Construction vehicle has high energy consumption, bad emissions, low energyefficiency, so it is meaningful to study construction vehicle energy-saving technology intoday’s fossil energy shortage and environmental deteriorating situation. Constructionvehicles adopt the torque converter in the drivetrain. Low torque converter efficiency is amajor factor leading to low efficiency of power transmission. The paper cancel the torqueconverter, using a series hybrid electric drive solutions, through parameter matchingoptimization to determine the drive element parameters and improve the performance of theoverall system. Create models of main parts to study the effect of energy-saving programs.Manual shift rule make the motor speed has large fluctuation range, unstable operatingconditions, low productivity, which restricted the series hybrid vehicle’s energy-savingeffect. Considering the series hybrid construction vehicle drive features, combined with theexisting energy-saving automatic shift schedule, proposed three-parameter energy savingautomatic gear shift schedule to save more energy based on the series hybrid transmissionscheme.The main contents and conclusions of this paper include the following points:1. Sdudy on transmission system of series hybrid construction vehicle. Take Loaderas a case to study characteristics of the traditional vehicle. Analysis high engine installedpower and low transmission efficiency reasons according to the actual working conditionload spectrum data, and put forward a transmission scheme of series hybrid constructionvehicle. Match system parameters to ensure performance of the vehicle, and optimize theparameters with the division of labor through multi-task ant colony algorithm to improvethe performance of overall system.2. Study on energy-saving shift schedule for transmission system of series hybridsonstruction vehicle. Build the hybrid system mathematical model and transmission dynamics model. Analyse the energy performance of series hybrid construction vehicleusing manual shift, and for its shortcomings, combined with the two-parameter ofenergy-saving automatic gear shift schedule and the series hybrid characteristics ofconstruction vehicles, raised three-parameter saving automatic gear shift schedule to furtherenhance the series hybrid transmission scheme’s energy saving performace.3. Test of energy-saving shift schedule of series hybrid construction vehicle. Build aseries hybrid electric test bench, develop stand control program and design test schemebased on actual engineering vehicle work conditions. Test the validate and energy savingperformance of proposed two-parameter energy-saving shift schedule and three-parameterenergy-saving shift schedule. The results showed that two-parameter and three-parametershift schedule energy saving shift schedule raised the series hybrid transmisson schemeenergy-savings by1.96%and2.46%respectively.Transmission system of series hybrid construction vehicle canceled the torqueconverter to improve the energy efficiency of the system to achieve the purpose of energysaving. Energy-saving automatic gear shift schedule improved the transmission system ofseries hybrid energy efficiency better. Three-parameter saving automatic transmission shiftschedule has better energy efficiency on the basis of good performance, so it is morepractical. |
