Human factor in flight has been the key factor to improve the level of aviation safety. Therefore, the deep digging of human error mechanism, studying the characteristics and occurring laws and put forward preventive measures, has become the most effective way to improve aviation safety. In this paper, human error identification and control in flight was studied as follows: Firstly, it provided a comprehensive analysis of the existing human factor theories in civil aviation, focusing on information processing theory, HFACS and HERA-JANUS classification and analysis index systems of model integration, optimization and revision. The human factor classification and analysis model based on the structured model while fusing the flight tasks analysis innovatively was developed, which can dig human error mechanism deeply. Then human error identification flow chart was developed to improve consistency and accuracy of error classification; Secondly, anayzed51flight unsafe events happened in more than20years at home and abroad based on the mining of descriptive statistical analysis and multi-dimension association rule, found the occurring law of human error, in order to continue a research about human error barrier technology. Finally, in consideration of the advantages of Java programming language, combined with B/S structure and database technology, the human factors classification and analysis system based on the structured model theory was developed, which could realize multi-functional modules, including flight unsafe events’ information management, classification and analysis, statistical analysis, event inquiry, etc. And it perfected the lack of the domestic civil aviation similar systems and made human error analysis to be an important tool for risk management. This paper discussed human factor theories, technology and engineering applications in flight deeply, aimig to modify and improve the existing human factor theories, to develop the human factors classification and analysis system based on the structured model. It has certain value of theoretical and actual application.
