The Overall Characteristics And Practice Of Green Building Assessment System In China

In recent years, China’s green building policies andstandards continue to improve, green construction relatedmanagement system has been basically formed, green building technology level gradually increase, the green building industry is increasingly mature, green buildinglarge-scale popularization of prominent, green building is entering the fast development period.In face of the current situation and development prospect ofgreen building in our country, this paper timely summing up of China’s green building labeling system and its practice,aims to generalize the analysis results are of positivesignificance to the development of green building assessment system in the future, so as to contribute to a better improvement of green building assessment system.The main contents of this paper:analysis of the green building evaluation system of produce and the existing situation, the overall characteristics of green building labeling project:from the aspects of annual progress, star,area distribution, building types, reporting units, eachclimate zone project distribution to carry on the analysis,finally in Zhejiang province green building evaluation and engineering examples as the representative to carry on the further research in practice.
