Along with the popularization of the electronic information technology and computertechnology in industrial machinery and equipment and the development of hydraulic controltheory, the automation degree of hydraulic machinery is constantly improving. As a keyauxiliary technology, hydraulic leveling system is widely used in machinery, such asautomotive radar, rocket launchers, concrete mixer, asphalt paver, fire engines, etc. to improvetheir properties. Once the leveling system of the equipment breaking down, their performancewill be affected to some extent and their ability to work will be weak. So it is very necessaryto research fault diagnosis of the hydraulic leveling system.This article applies the method of analytical model of observer to study the fault diagnosisof hydraulic leveling system, mainly expounded from several aspects. First, this paperintroduces the structure and composition of the commonly used static hydraulic levelingsystem supported at four-point, and by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of usingdifferent parts in the various components, we choose the suitable parts and the part size withthe actual situation, and expounds the leveling system of the automatic leveling process.Second, this paper analyzes the complexity of fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system and thesignals of the running state from the power supply to the control element to the variouscomponents, and then selects the characteristic signals that can accurately reflect the runningstates of the part of the system. Finally, this paper establishes the state space equations ofelectro-hydraulic proportional gross system and builds the state equations of full orderobserver, then plugs specific concrete parameters in the expression. Using theMATLAB/Simulink software, this paper builds the simulation model of the control system ofelectrohydraulic proportional leg to simulate the possible faults that may occur by changingsome parameters in the model. The simulation results showed that using the observer, we can find the faults in the hydraulic leveling system, like the hydraulic cylinder leakage faults andthe method that using the full-order observer to find possible faults is feasible.
