In general the programmable controllers used for monitoring and controlling the mine devices have two kinds, i.e. intrinsically safety special controller and flameproof general controller. The former has the disadvantages of special pertinency, small batch, not in common use, high cost and needs services and maintenance, difficult for improving quality and generalization; the latter cannot be programmed in field because of the limitation of its flameproof casing and body and connection terminals, thus cannot full play its function and flexibility. According to the mine characteristics this research project made a study of intrinsically safety programmable controller, which is adaptive to atrocious environment and condition of mine underground; according to requirements of controlled objects, designed user board and quantity of connection terminals; with methods of programming in field and remote programming, resolved the problem of intrinsically safety special controller which has bad flexibility and complicated configuration and programming. After testing in field, the intrinsically safety programmable controller has reasonable design, complete function and stable properties, and realizes safety programming underground and is adaptive to atrocious environment of mines. |
