With the rapid development of highway in our country, asphalt pavement isplaying a leading role, the highway is director of the rapid development of our country,And the current domestic construction mainly uses the Hot mix Asphalt Mixture ofAsphalt pavement HMA (Hot Mixture Asphalt) technology, not only can produce alarge number of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide, but also accelerate the Asphaltaging.To reduce the environmental pollution caused by asphalt construction, putsforward a new kind of energy efficient and environmentally friendly asphalt mixingtechnology of warm mix asphalt technology WMA,WMA is the adoption of a certaintechnical measures, to reduce the viscosity of asphalt under the premise of guaranteethe performance of asphalt is not lower than the HMA technology of asphalt mixture.In this paper, through research and analysis of domestic and foreign advancedasphalt temperature modifier,put forward a kind of by SBS、 petroleum resin、curingagent as the main component of laboratory mix modifier homemade new-typetemperature.By routine test and asphalt viscosity test this paper discusses the differenttemperature with different composition of new type mixing effect on the performanceof matrix asphalt modifier, using infrared spectrometer analysis temperature mix microstructure of modified asphalt, provide theoretical guidance for temperature mixingmodification mechanism.The results of the study show that laboratory self-made warm mix modifier bestcomponents mixture: SBS: petroleum resin, curing agent=5:3:3, considering theeconomic costs and the asphalt performance factors, as homemade warm mix modifierdosage is6%of the matrix asphalt, the asphalt performance improvement effect isbest.According to the viscosity-temperature curve, the temperature of the modifiedasphalt optimum heating temperature is150℃.With Sasobit temperature mixing agentcontrast test conclusion: self-made warm mix modifier in the aspect of improvingasphalt high temperature properties and thermal properties and Sasobit, at the sametime improve the ability of asphalt performance at low temperature is slightly betterthan Sasobit.Infrared spectrum analysis shows that temperature mixing physicalreaction, not only during the preparation of modified asphalt is also accompanied bychemical reactions.
