The transmission of traditional gear pump is a pair of cylindrical gear, the two gear meshed with each other. Both sides of the two gears meshing with each other form two sealed cavities with the pump and the surface. In the process of gear rotation, the changing of two cavity volume causes the oil extraction and oil absorption on both side. The gear pump has the advantages of simple structure, good self absorption, long service life and so on, but the fluctuation noise it produces relatively large, flow and pressure, displacement do not have large variability Then people invented a planetaryGear pump use the structure of planetary gear to transmit the power. This kind of pump has advantages of compact structure, low noise, and overcomes the drawback of unbalanced radial force, but the leakage of this pump is larger.Therefore, under the condition of relatively high pressure and large displacement, this pump is not applicable. And non-circular planetary gear mechanism is used in the pump drive system, This new type of pump is called the planetary gear pump. Internal-curved planetary gear pump is mainly composed of inter-curved gear ring, the sun gear and the planets. Many planet wheels have a rotation and revolution along a curve between inter-curved gear ring and the sun gear. The motion make them multiple sealed cavity formed between the volume of the cyclical changes, so as to complete the oil suction and discharge of oil. This kind of pump has high pressure resistance, oil resistance, and the advantages of small ripple, large displacement, conforms to the modern hydraulic machinery tend to the direction of high pressure. Therefore, the pump has great research significance. This paper mainly studies the curve within a non-circular planetary gear train part of the planetary gear pump, and expand the study of non-circular gear, arming at getting a further study in the design of the non-circular planetary gear train, the sun wheel and internal-curved ring gear parameters calculation, model of non-circular gear, non-circular gear statics analysis and modal analysis and processing aspects of non-circular gear on the basis of predecessors.(1) This paper described the structure and principle of internal curve planet gear pump, analyzed the research results of non circular gear, the application and development situation of non circular planetary gear train and the background and significance of the research.(2) The paper study the motion characteristics of non-circular planetary gear mechanism. It choose the type of internal-curved planetary gear pump, and make a choice of modulus primary. According to the movement characteristic of the non-circular planetary gear train, it use MTLAB software and other calculation software to solve the section curve equation and all parameters of the sun wheel and the inner gear ring, and lay the foundation of the following3d model of non-circular gear.(3) Take internal-curved planetary gear pump as an example, And the paper establish a three-dimensional model of non-circular planetary gear train, the modeling method of non-circular gear, for simulation and analysis of non-circular gear entity model, and also provide the conditions for the machining of the non-circular gear.(4) Through make statics analysis and modal analysis of internal-curved gear ring, the sun gear and the planet wheel, check gear under certain pressure, the maximum stress and the deformation of compared with the actual, the choice of the parameters of the strength of the material and design is in line with the requirements. It concluded that the gear vibration frequency and vibration mode of each order in order to effectively avoid institutions or parts resonance.(5) The writer has a brief introduction of non-circular gear processing methods under current conditions*and wire-cutting processing method of non-circular gear is studied in detail.Through the research of this article, it find a section to solve non-circular curve parameter and the equation method and the modeling and structure analysis of non-circular gear, which further extend the curve of the planetary gear pump basic theory research.
