Energy is currently facing mankind one of the important issues, the energy developmentand use of conversion has become an important subject,and the heat exchanger is the use ofenergy in the course of essential equipment,Almost all industrial areas to use,chemicals,metallurgy,power,transport,aviation and aerospace applications,and other departments isparticularly widespread. be it from industrial development or from the effective use of energy,the heat exchanger reasonable design,manufacture,selection and operation have a veryimportant significance.Heat exchanger is the universal equipment for the chemical, petroleum,power,food andother indusrtral sectors,which occupies an important position. And it has been applied moreand more.Heavy naphtha reboiler is a kind of U-shaped tube exchanger. Heat exchanger is theequipment that transfers a part of heat from the fluid to the cold. It is the kind of equipmentthat can make materials achieve the specified temperature to meet the technologicalrequirements. Heat exchanger occupies an important position in chemical equipment,widelyused in chemical, pharmaceutical,light industries, including shell and tube heat exchangerbecause of its easy to manufacture,low production costs,a wide range of materials,easy toclean,to adaptstrong,large capacity,reliable work,and adapt to a series of advantages suchas high temperature and pressure,thus a dominant position in the petrochemicals,energy andother industries have a wide range of applications.This paper introduces the U-shaped tube heat exchanger design and calculation,strength ofdesign and parts selection and process design.
