| With the world energy problem is being more and more serious, a problemhow to reasonable and efficient use energy has appeared. So the permanentmagnet motor has been focused, and the permanent magnet motor is one ofefficient motors. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has larger power density, smaller volume, higher efficiency and more wide speed range, so permanentmagnet synchronous motor is widely applied in industry. Iron loss is one ofimportant factors that influence efficiency of motor, so how to reduce motor ironloss and to improve motor efficiency have become concerned focus,so toaccurately calculate motor iron loss will be more significance. In order to promote the performance of permanent magnet synchronousmotor, frequency converter is often used as power supply system in the practicalengineering. So in this paper, a50kW permanent magnet synchronous motor wasprovided as an example. Based on the time step finite element algorithm, thepaper calculated the permanent magnet synchronous motor parts iron loss andharmonic iron loss under frequency converter power supply. First, based onelectromagnetic field theory and basic parameters of the permanent magnetsynchronous motor, the paper put forward basic assumptions, and established thesimulation model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor; Then based onvector control theory and constant torque control theory, the paper calculated thepermanent magnet synchronous motor parts iron loss and harmonic iron losswhen the motor speed was changed; At last, because the motor used frequencyconverter power supply, and the inverter circuit parameters in frequencyconverter will have influence on the permanent magnet synchronous motor partsiron loss and harmonic iron loss, so the paper also calculated the permanent magnet synchronous motor parts iron loss and harmonic iron loss whenmodulation ratio and carrier frequency were changed. The paper got relevant laws by calculated, these laws will provide basis foranalyzing the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor and thecalculation of other fields. |
