With the gradual opening of the low altitude areas of the civil aviation of our countries, all districts are confronted with the increasing pressure and challenge in the safety management of the low altitude areas. The procurement requirements of the low altitude warning products will be generally produced along with the open of the low altitude areas. The early low warning products is usually installed on ground facilities, whose monitoring scope is limited seriously. Hence, the wheeled transport system using the cars will become the main forms of transportation of the low altitude warning devices in the near future. Also, a low altitude warning products installed on the vehicle platforms will increase the monitoring scope of the equipment. Therefore, the structure design of car typed carrier systems became an important work. This topic is aimed at the requirement of civil air defense in a given area to develop a low altitude warning shelter car, and the main content is as follows,Firstly, with the analysis of this topic research background and realistic significance: the development of low altitude areas and the increasing requirement of low altitude warning detection equipment, it has become an important issue to increase maneuvering performance of the equipment.Also, elaborate the development situation at home and abroad, and summarize the deficiency existing in the application development of our country.Secondly, the overall design of the low altitude warning shelter was accomplished. After the functional analysis of the low altitude warning shelter, the system design was presented. According to system requirements, the chassis truck was selected. The shelter layout was designed using AutoCAD software, and the appearance and exterior and interior rendering was completed using3D max software. And the integrated security system was also designed detailed.Thirdly, the modified vehicle performance analysis was completed. Besides, three factors performance of the driving stability temperature control of the modified low altitude warning shelter were analyzed.Then, the dynamics performance analysis and heat transmission characteristics of the shelter was further finished. With the software of proe, hypermesh and ansys workbench, etc, the dynamic analysis and the heat transfer characteristics of the shelter car were analyzed to discover the deficiencies of the structure and optimize the structure in the further work.Finally, the security system of low altitude warning shelter was designed. The main design works were included of the supply and distribution system, the grounding and lightning protection system and other security system.
