Safety relief valve is a device equipment, an important safety accessories used for boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure equipment. Due to its simple and compact structure, convenient adjustment, sensitive and reliable, high security, has been widely used in the container, so in the chemical engineering design for the selection of the relief valve is very important.In chemical plant, selection of safety valve is always according to the requirements of the safety valve which could determine the process system. Choosing the correct and reliable safety valves can ensure the implementation of mechanism reliability and performance which is directly related to the safety of equipment and personnel.Due to the different chemical production equipment and the environment, process and system conditions for a variety of different requirements, so the selection and installation of safety valve in the equipment and pipeline needs to have the corresponding difference. According to many years of experience in theoretical research and engineering practice, the main factors influencing the relief valve setting and selection are pressure, transmission medium and the relief valve discharge capacity calculation. According to the selection of process system conditions on the relief valve, can according to the relief work environment and the corresponding operation conditions of theory, and concluded the corresponding parameter selection right of relief valve required for safety valve. Correctly choose the reliability and safety relief valve, to ensure the reliability and performance of the actuator is directly related to equipment and personnel safety.Usually pipeline system are super net structure, there are redundant constraints, has a very complex mechanics calculation process. At present, the use of computer software to realize the piping analysis and calculation, the most commonly used in software development for COADE company CAESARII software. This software can calculate the static analysis, dynamic analysis.
