Design And Research Of Marine Positioning And Scheduling System

China has super transport power over the sea. The international shipping capacity is almost70,000,000deadweight tons per year and ranks fourth in the world. With the improvement of living standards and the progress of technology, the coastal fisheries, marine transportation, marine tourism are developing rapidly. More and more people rely of mobile-communications on the sea, especially the great demand of fishermen. Compared to the terrestrial environment, research on wireless communication environment on the sea has been focused less recently.In order to change the construction of maritime communication network and security warning system in China, This paper is aiming to discuss how to realize the CDMA wireless network coverage and effective design of effective marine positioning dispatching system in cWe designed maritime positioning scheduling system in this thesis, combined with AIS, GPS and the existing CDMA technology. We carried depth study ofthe sea signal interference elimination communication network optimization and marine positioning scheduling system design for ship monitoring system.Through the design and study of the system, we solved following problems:Ultra long distance sea covered call problem, sea pilot pollution problem and ship scheduling problem based on AIS, realized the marine positioning and scheduling functions of the system.Marine safety management and maritime communication engineering are very difficult. It is an urgent need of fishermen and the potential market prospect is very wide. Marine positioning scheduling system also provides a very good management platform for the local department of fisheries management and also provides a new way of life and safety assurance.
