The Research On Adaptive Design Strategy Of High-rise Building Renovation And Expansion

After the reform and opening up in the1980’s,with the aggregation of the population and the improvement of the construction technology, unban buildings are tending to the high density increasingly,high-rise buildings rise sharply,the scale of the construction and speed are unprecedented. The rapid development and economic imbalance caused parts of the high-rise buildings shut down after the construction;parts of them became ageing,the function was backward and not able to meet the need of modern people’s work and life.To these high-rise buildings, the demolition and reconstruction would not only waste a large of manpower and material resources, but also cause serious environmental pollution. So the building’s renovation and expansion is the most effective way to make regeneration.If the new-buildings were donimant before2000, the renovation and expansion will play an important role in urban construction.
