With the rapid development of the accelerating of urbanization process and motorization process, traffic flow of each city is increasing dramatically, the original road facilities has been overwhelmed, traffic congestion becomes more and more serious, all of this has become one of the most important issues in many cities. Develop public transport and implement the "bus priority" strategy to solve the urban traffic congestion, and then contribute to city’s economic development and improve the utilization of the road resource. However, with the lack of real-time dynamic network bus scheduling method, the intelligent public transport dispatching platform cannot be used perfectly. The bus service levels such as punctuality, interior comfort and waiting time cannot be improved effectively. So, it is very important to research on the network and dynamic of bus dispatching.This article is based on the fund project of "The bus dynamic network complexity of vehicle scheduling and its empirical study (No.51308176)", studying the related characteristics of urban public transport network and dynamic scheduling strategy. Firstly, on the condition of the network motion trajectory, build on city bus dynamic network with bus stops as network nodes and the real-time location as the edge. The network has the characteristics of the time-varying because of the real-time changes. Secondly, the network model of city bus dynamic has been abstracted by different modeling mechanisms, then the bus network topology construction and relevant dynamic characteristics have been studied to provide a new thought for the network vehicle scheduling. Thirdly, the traffic flow characteristics of the bus dynamic model has been analyzed with the way of "one road one route" and "multi-road multi-route", the statistical properties of network has been researched, the relating feature parameters of the network has been extracted as the important index to identify bus distribution state through the example simulation analysis. Finally, the real-time operational status of buses in abnormal state has been analyzed and the dynamic control strategy of the bus has been worked out to make the network tends to be stable. Through above analysis, the complex dynamic network theory has been introduced to the field of the bus scheduling, a new way be proposed to solve the problem of bus scheduling, which manifests the progressiveness and feasibility.
