Steel concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with unique performance wasfirstly used in the railway in the domestic, Train railway cable-stayed bridge bearinglive load is much larger than the road vehicle load.The construction control of steelconcrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge especial using for railway is veryimportant.Some of the construction process and special parts is worth our research.Itcan accumulate valuable experience for the same kind of railway cable-stayed bridge.Inthis paper, the author puts a railway bridge as the engineering background and uses thelarge-scale general finite element software Midas and Ansys to carry out the followingresearch on the bridge:1, The author does the research on the stress distribution of girder section and towerof pylon cable-stayed bridge in finished state of the bridge, determinates the initial cabletension and the cable tension in the finished state of bridge and verify the rationalityof cable force size layout and design of the girder and the cable tower; Basing on thetransport method of steel box girder on the concrete girder, the author does the researchthe maximum and minimum stress value of the upper and lower edges of the girder andthe maximum and minimum value of cable force in the construction stages to determinethe maximum value in which construction and position.2, The author uses the finite element software Midas to analysis the inner temperatureof the big volume concrete platform, selects the typical measuring points as the researchobject and analyses temperature gradient relationship inside the cushion cap in thehorizontal direction and the vertical direction. He also analyses the effect of cold pipeon cushion cap temperature and describes the sensitivity of cushion cap temperature oncold tube diameter and the flow of water.3, The super high tower will appear larger cantilever segment in construction process,the author simulates and analyzes the construction process by finite element softwareMidas, some negative factors in the process of construction and corresponding controlmeasures are taken to improve the effect of the cantilever construction.4,The author carries out synchronous or asynchronous construction of tower andbottom girder on comparative analysis by using software Midas.5, Steel anchor box in tower is a key particular part of cable-stayed bridge, its qualitycan decide the later use effect of the cable-stayed bridge. In the cable pylon greatestforce cases, the author uses finite element software Midas and Ansys respectively creating modele to analysis of steel anchor box ribs, puts the results into comparisonand analysises effective stress distribution of steel anchor box of each main part.
