| The stand of performance parameters of powertrain mount system design directlyaffects the vehicle’s harshness (NVH) index,which is a key technology of vehicledevelopment. In this paper, the vibration isolation characteristics of mounting systemare studied based on a domestic passenger car. In ADAMS soft, it builds up amulti-body dynamics model of powertrain mount system. And before the optimization,using Lagrange method to establish the mathematical model suspension system provesthe validity of the multi-body dynamics model. And it carries out the optimizationdesign of the system by using Pareto genetic algorithms in MATLAB andMulti-objective optimization in ISIGHT. Then the optimization results were analyzed,as a result, the effect of the former is better. The optimized suspension can effectivelyincrease the decoupling rate, to improve the performance of harshness (NVH) of theautomobile. |
