The Research Of Designing Characteristic Museum Space Environment Under The Perspective Of Regional Culture

Museum as the dissemination of culture and people’s thinking and learning spaces, itmakes people more intuitive understanding of past history and modern civilization.Withthe development of the contemporary society and an increase in the number of visitors,most individuals have found that the early comprehensive museum, the art museum cannot meet a further and diversified needs of the contemporary people. Despite the factthat comprehensive museum has a collection of rich content, but the method it displayedis quite single, this has made the visitors appreciate more historical vicissitudes of life,also it makes some people very curious about fresh things. Therefore, the characteristicsmuseum began to emerge. Conforming to the trend, every city, especially thesecharacteristics regions in some local customs and related industries, does its utmost toexplore local cultural resources. In addition, these cities also construct characteristicmuseums and show the region culture results in maximum so as to keep up with thepace of times progress. There is no denying the fact that it has gradually formed acertain scale and also has accumulated a certain amount, but the one has to bementioned here is that its level is uneven. In a word,this article mainly studies the spaceenvironment design of characteristic museum and the relevant theory from theperspective of regional culture. Compared with the previous research in the field of thecharacteristic museum, the author of the thesis is largely based on the domestic featuredin characteristic museum inspired by case investigation, and contact the relevanttheoretical knowledge, combined with my own research results.Based on the characteristic museum as the research object,takes the regional cultureas a point of entry.This paper will firstly review the formation reasons and developmentof regional culture briefly. Also it demonstrates the characteristic museum’sdevelopment process and the differences between museums. By using the place spirittheory, theory of regionalism, new regionalism theory, tourism psychology and someother related theory, it analyses the characteristics by the following four aspects:landscape types of museum space environment, space form, the sequence organizationand the consistent elements. This analysis has combined with field investigation. Thereis no denying the fact that it concentrates on discussing how to reflect regional culturefeatures during the process of designing the characteristic museum space environment.At the same time, it also explores the specific design methods and design principles of regional culture during the process of designing the characteristic museum spaceenvironment. It can be justified without any exaggeration that it has provided anotherkind of design idea for designing of the characteristic museum space environment.Characteristics museum as depositary, display culture and history of the places, not onlyto meet the protection of the exhibits, but also to convey the cultural connotation oftourist area to use the best way.Visitors can see a variety of characteristic museum, onthe one hand, this can not only help people to understand the history origin as well asthe significance of the culture situation, which is likely to make the facilitate visitorsachieve a sense of cultural identity. On the other hand, this can be helpful to improve themasses’ protection awareness towards the precious cultural heritage.
