With the increasingly serious energy shortage, global warming and environmentalpollution problems, various countries have been forced to provide more financial andmaterial resources to develop new energy vehicle. However, almost all new energy vehicleshas the insufficient driving range problem in the actual steering, one of the reasons is thelow battery capacity; and the other reason is the low efficiency of transmission system. Thisthesis used the pure electric vehicles equipped with AMT as a research subject to find a shiftschedule which makes the efficiency of transmission system to achieve optimally. Andthrough designing the TCU software and hardware system made the shift schedulebecoming true.First, a method which based on dynamic programming algorithm is proposed to integratemotor efficiency, battery efficiency, inverter efficiency and gearbox transmission efficiencyand make the overall efficiency to be best. The results of offline simulation tests prove thismethod has certain advantages.Then, input signal processing circuit, power supply circuit and microcontroller minimumsystem circuit of TCU hardware system were designed. Through analysis synchronizerworking process, selected the gearshift mechanism-stepper motor and lead screw nut drivemechanism, and designed a stepper motor drive circuit. At last PCB circuit board was draw,and TCU hardware controller was produced.Then, signal acquisition procedures, shift judgment procedures, CAN communicationprocedures, shift process control procedures and motor control procedures were designed.The master program which based on front ground and back ground structure was designedwhich integrated signal acquisition procedures、shift judgment procedures、CANcommunication procedures、shifting process control procedures and stepper motor driverprocedures.At last, select the hardware in the loop test equipment and software and establish vehicleshift control model in Simulink. Set up the test bench that based on DSPACE to verify thefeasibility of the TCU hardware systems and software systems.The test results show that the hardware system is designed to meet the signal acquisition,CAN communications and stepper motor drive demand; software system enables signalacquisition, stepper motor drive control, CAN communication control and real-time shifting process control.
