With the smart city put forward and security awareness improved,people has higherrequirement for building’s safety.In view of the existing problem that risk level and peoplesatisfaction about risk level is imbalanced,this paper proposes a multi-agent intelligentevacuation control system based WEB to optimize the evacuation indicator system in realengineering and give dynamic-reasonable evacuation route.First of all, through the safety factors analysis in the complex building under the fireenvironment, impact factors which include construction factor, personnel factor,environmental attribute factor and fire attribute factor is defined.Secondly, based on the safe evacuation model’s research about the fire building, keysupporting technology which consists of fire scenario design and safe evacuation modelbased on multi-agent is determined, and the design of escape routes is completed.Thirdly, design a remote intelligent control system which is composed of hardware andsoftware based on WEB which is build through eclipse.Finally, steps and criteria for accomplishing the intelligent control system for evacuationare determined, intelligent control for evacuation was preliminarily realized by certain acomplex building.
