Composite material refers to two or more materials having different properties ofadvanced materials joined together by physical and chemical methods, which is a multiphasematerial on a macroscopic scale. Each kind of composite material is called compositecomponents, the part that enhance the material known as reinforced material, the other partcalls basic material. It overcomes the weakness of the performance of a single material withlight weight, strength and stiffness ratio, thermal expansion coefficient, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, good damping properties, manufacturing short cycle and easymaintenance. With the ratio of composite materials in various fields is growing, composite laminatesbeam (such as I-beams) is widely used as the main structure. But laminates beam has obviousanisotropy, this feature makes the stiffness characteristics of the structure under load and theresponse is more difficult to determine. Although engineers can apply structural analysis anddesign software based on finite element analysis, but that requires a lot of design parametersand optimize design study is not very flexible, and comparison of analytical methods is abetter composite laminate beam structure analysis method. However analysis method needs alot of theoretical calculation, this article aims to the parsing algorithm integration forMATLAB program, to simplify the design of I-beams.In this paper, the body has five chapters. The first chapter introduces the researchbackground and significance, The second chapter presents the basic theory of laminated plates, the third chapter analysis the beam on structure, the forth chapter compute the thickness of thebeam under moment and shear, The fifth chapter for programming with a numerical exampleto compare with finite element analysis to prove the feasibility of the program.
