Experiment And Application Research On Load Spectrum Of The Coupler Of C80Ten-thousand-Ton Train Of Shenhua

Heavy-load railway transportation is tendency of the development of railway freight.As the second largest channel to transport coal from west to east in China,Shenmu-Huanghua port railway has opened ten-thousand-ton trains. In recent years, due to heavy transport tasks and complicated condition,the fatigue damage problem of ten thousand tons train hook system components become increasingly prominent, has affected the heavy-duty train operation safety and economic benefits.Therefore,it’s urgent to make accurate and reliable longitudinal coupler load spectrum to make fatigue strength analysis of coupler components.This paper base on analysing load features of coupler buffer system of C80,eliminate the influence of the horizontal and longitudinal load with bridge characteristics, and design the body of coupler as longitudinal load sensor,Load coefficient with good linearity is obtained after calibration.Longitudinal load-time history data of ten coupler sections of ten-thousand-ton trains C80of Shenhua Group is obtained based on line test.On the one hand,make maximum longitudinal load statistics of trains in typical conditions combined with locomotive operation and the characteristics of line conditions. Summarize formation mechanism and regularities of distribution of maximum longitudinal load. On the other hand, compile coupler load spectrum of loading car, empty car and commixture of loaded car and empty car at10different parking stalls with making use of rain flow count method.Calculate fatigue damage and life of trail hook with measured longitudinal load spectrum,convert longitudinal load spectrum of heavy haul train of ten-thousand-ton,twenty-thousand-ton and forty-thousand-ton in three conditions:non-conversion, conversion with load,conversion with axle load.Take different notches stress concentration into account,compare the features of occurrence times of large load per kilometers and life estimation,and summarize universality of longitudinal load spectrum under different conditions.
