As old way of building are becoming more and more cannot to satisfy the present demand for green and low-carbon evolution,it is especially crucial to facilitate the conversion of the architecture estate.The evolution of prefabricated construction can satisfy the current context and favors the transformation of traditional construction methods into new construction methods.The performance of the connections of nodal structures in assembled buildings plays a crucial role in their integrity and safety.Sleeve connection is currently the main connection method of assembled building components in the domestic field,in this connection method,the sleeve grout plays a downward role,which can transfer the external loads and firmly connect the whole structure.In this paper,a new type of sleeve grouting material is developed based on orthogonal test,and its micro performance,economy and matching with the sleeve under three curing conditions are studied.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the influence degree of five factors on the flow performance and compressive strength of sleeve grouting material,namely,the cement sand ratio,the amount of defoamer,the amount of UEA expansion agent,the total amount of minerals and the way of mineral combination,is explored through orthogonal test,and the optimal mix proportion of sleeve grouting material is finally determined by investigating each performance index.The results show that the optimum mix proportion is 0.26 water binder ratio,1.0 cement sand ratio,0.1% defoamer content,0.02% plastic expansion agent content,4% UEA expansion agent content,1.5% water reducer content,and 14% total mineral content.The combination mode of mineral admixture is mineral powder+silica fume+fly ash.(2)In this paper,the micro performance and raw material cost of the sleeve grouting material with optimal mix ratio under three curing conditions are studied.The results show that: The internal hydration products of the grouting material are layered and closely connected.The order of their compactness and the amount of hydration products is: standard curing>dry curing>sealed curing.The cost of the developed sleeve grouting material is lower than that of the finished grouting material on the market,and it has good performance,good economy and high cost performance ratio.(3)In this paper,the sleeve bonding test of the developed sleeve grouting material is carried out.The test results are as follows: when the full grouting sleeve is damaged,the reinforcement at the outer end of the sleeve is pulled off;All properties of the full grouting sleeve in case of failure meet the requirements of national standards.(4)In this paper,the full grouting sleeve with the reinforcement diameter of16 mm is simulated and analyzed by finite element software.The results show that the maximum stress and deformation position of the full grouting sleeve are at both ends of the reinforcement,and the maximum strain and stress of the sleeve are at the middle of the sleeve,and the values are very small,indicating that the sleeve has enough deformation space to resist damage.Figure 81 Table 31 References 70... |
