Along with the development of the national economy and the improvement of the people’s lives level, cars have gradually become an indispensable part of people’s life. People require more comfort and automation control of the automobiles as well. As urbanization is proceeding rapidly, absolute demand and the consumption upgrades make the automobile industry still has very large development space. The modern automobile devices such as wiper, motor oil pump and automatic antenna are more and more controlled by micro motor. The wide application of micro motor and the higher car sales have spurred the development of domestic automotive micro motor manufacturers. There are many small and medium-sized motor enterprises producing micro motor. Mostly, independent test fixtures are applied in the production and testing equipment, implying low automation, poor scalability and maintainability.This paper concentrates on the research of motor detection process of automotive electronics enterprises, starting from the workshop environment motor testing requirements and the production environment of enterprises, through the analysis of the function and the deficiency of the traditional motor control system, the paper proposed a design scheme of motor control system based on wireless sensor network. According to the design scheme of the system, the paper explains related techniques of the control module, ZigBee wireless terminal, ZigBee wireless router, ZigBee wireless gateway and PC control software. Wireless terminal uses STM32microcontroller, combined with magnetic powder brake and torque sensor to implement simulation load control; wireless communication module uses TT2530-HU2F with the built-in CC2591power amplifier as the micro controller of the ZigBee equipment. It combines the external antenna to enhanced radiation scope of ZigBee network. PC monitoring software is developed by C#language, including the control display interface, system parameter settings, control parameter settings and other functions. Finally, the paper describes the test function and the effect of the system, the system’s stability and reliability are also verified by reliable analysis.
